At ShadikiEvents, we understand that plans can change. To support our clients fairly and transparently, we offer a flexible cancellation and postponement policy.

If you need to cancel or postpone your event, any amount paid will be held as a credit on your account, which can be used toward a rebooked event within 6 months of your original event date.

For events cancelled close to the scheduled date, certain deductions may apply to cover confirmed arrangements, staff preparations, and administrative work already completed. All deductions will be clearly explained in writing for full transparency.

Please note that if your event involves specialist third-party suppliers, their individual cancellation policies may apply and credits cannot always be guaranteed.
