ShadiKiEvents

Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

At ShadikiEvents, one of our core values is to uphold responsible, ethical, and fair business practices in everything we do. We are fully committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ensuring that no form of slavery or human trafficking takes place within our operations.

We operate with a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. This includes any situation where individuals are forced to work, exploited, or deprived of their freedom. Our goal is to ensure that every person connected to ShadikiEvents — directly or through our suppliers — is treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.

Recruitment & Employment

As a growing company, all recruitment is handled internally by the ShadikiEvents management team. We do not use external agencies.
All employees receive at least the legally prescribed minimum wage, and we conduct strict background, identity, and eligibility-to-work checks to ensure full compliance with employment laws.
